Terms & Conditions – Vision Niche Ads

 1.Core Business & Services We are a marketing and business 

support firm offering: 

• Digital Marketing Services: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  Ads, SEO, Social Media Management, YouTube Ads. Web development,

  Local Seo, On page Seo, Off Page Seo, AI Ads,

• Offline Marketing: printing, and local promotional materials. Flex 

   banners, brochures, Festival Time Campaign, Croud Targeting, Door to 

   Door Campaign 

• We do not print directly in-Office. Printing is managed through our 

  verified third-party vendors, and final materials are delivered to us before

  handing over to the client. We ensure quality control and coordination    

  throughout the process.

• Business Support Services: GST, Udyam, DSC, Trademark, MSME 

  support. All Governments Registrations 

• Consulting Services: Strategy, branding, and business 

  development advisory. 

2.Business Ethics & Policy  Vision Niche Ads strictly DOES NOT accept or provide services involving the following: 

 Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Content:  

• Child exploitation or abuse (direct or indirect) 

• Content involving sexual harassment, Pornographic material, or 

   vulgar/obscene videography 

• Content that supports or hides sexual assault or misconduct

• Promotion of caste, religion, or racial hate 

• Political campaigns without ECI authorization 

• Promotion of terrorism, weapons, drugs, or illegal activity 

• Anti-national, misleading, or defamatory content 

• Content that violates Indian law, local/state laws, or constitutional values • We support and follow the IT Act, Cyber Laws, and all advertising    

• Any service request violating these policies will be immediately  rejected 

  or terminated without refund.  

• We are committed to honesty, transparency, and professional conduct in 

  all services.    

 3. Client Responsibilities 

• Projects begin only after written client confirmation via WhatsApp, email, 

  or signed proposal.

• Clients must communicate clearly about goals, design expectations, 

  and timelines.

• Once work begins, cancellation is not permitted.

• If a client stops the work midway, no refund will be applicable.

• We maintain records of all conversations and proof of service delivery 

4. Revision & Support Policy

• Revisions allowed as per the package or agreed terms.

• After work delivery, we offer 2 business days of basic support for minor 

  corrections or issues. 

• After that, further updates are considered new service. 

5. Payment & Refund Policy

•  All services are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

•  For ads (Google/Facebook):If the client directly pays the ad platform 

   (e.g., Google Ads account), Vision Niche Ads is not responsible for

   platform issues, suspension, or ad delivery failures.

• Vision Niche Ads will provide full campaign setup, optimization, and lead

  support, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads as results 

  depend on ad strategy, budget, market demand,and platform behaviour.

• Refunds are not applicable after work has started unless: 

• We are unable to start the service within 7 working days from agreed

    date

• For digital consulting or document filing, refund requests after 

  submission are not entertained.

• If the client discontinues midway, no partial refund will be provided.

• Advance or full payment is required before project begins

• All payments are final once the service has started. 

• Refunds are not encouraged unless a project is fully cancelled 

  before initiation. 

• In case of misunderstanding, refund decisions will be based on:

• Project status ->Time spent ->Client communication record 

•"We value fair business. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case

  basis with due respect to time, effort, and mutual agreement."

 6.Turnaround Time (TAT) 

• Each service has a TAT depending on nature Of Work response time 

• Delays caused by pending Payment, client response, or portal/server

  downtime are not under our control.  

7. Employee & Workplace Policy 

• Vision Niche Ads ensures a safe, respectful, and non-

   discriminatory workplace. 

• Any client or external party found to be abusing, threatening, or 

  disrespecting staff will be blacklisted. 

• Internal work rules are based on mutual respect, punctuality, 

  and responsibility. 

8.Lead Generation Disclaimer

• We provide complete support for leads and campaign optimization. 

• However Leads are based on how the campaign is structured, target 

   audience, product-market fit, and budget.

• No agency can promise lead conversion or business sales, as it 

   depends on multiple external factors. 

9.Privacy & Data Protection 

• Client documents, business ideas, and project data are kept 

  strictly confidential. 

• We sign NDAs for large projects or upon request.

• Data is not shared with third parties without client consent. 

10.Intellectual Property 

• All creative works (ads, designs, content) delivered to clients are their 

  property after full payment. 

• Vision Niche Ads retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for 

  portfolio or marketing.

11.Grievance & Support 

• Clients can raise concerns via email or phone. 

• Issues will be acknowledged within 2 working days and resolved in 7 

  working days.

• Any disputes shall be handled under jurisdiction of Bhavani/Erode, 

 Tamil Nadu
